A new positioning, an evolving offer, an identity that needs to reflect what the business has become. The project starts with understanding the context and the decisions that will guide its development.

Research, discussions with management and a review of existing materials help define priorities, alternatives and design criteria. An audit can contribute to this analysis when needed. AI systems support the organisation of information and the exploration of possibilities, with source verification and design assessment.

Responsibility can include defining positioning, creative direction and identity development, through to the tools needed to apply it. Strategic documents, naming, visual systems and guidelines become shared points of reference for teams and specialists already involved.

Needs analysis, content organisation and prototyping define functions and user journeys. AI-assisted development, automation and the integration of AI systems make it possible to build dedicated tools, with functional verification and input from the people who use them.

Responsibility can extend from design through development to the introduction of websites, applications and workspaces, or focus on one part of the system. Prototypes, interfaces and operational functions are developed within a scope agreed with the stakeholders and technical specialists involved.
